How often do businesses send out marketing emails? Does the particular frequency vary by business dimension?

To find out, The Manifest surveyed 501 electronic marketers who work for firms in the usa with 100 or more employees. Several 73% of respondents work for B2C companies and 27% work for B2B companies.

Most companies send emails out daily or even weekly, the researchers found.

Some 41% of participants say they send marketing email messages to audiences weekly, and 32% say they send emails day-to-day.

Larger companies are more likely to send email messages more often, the researchers found.

Some 37% of companies with more than 500 employees send advertising emails daily, compared with 21% associated with businesses with 101-500 employees.
