Online shoppers say the one thing they value most in their preferred retailer or brand is dependability, based on recent research through Intelligent Assistant and Researchscape .

The Humanizing Digital 2020 report (see infographic, below) was based on data from the survey of 1, 077 consumers age group 17-69 who shop online and who else live in Germany, the United Kingdom, or the Usa.

Nearly three-quarters of these online shoppers say being able to rely on their favorite retailer or brand is essential.

Some 68% associated with respondents say the ability to receive truthful advice from their favorite retailer or even brand is very important.

Simply 32% of online shoppers state their favorite retailer or brand understanding their preferences is very important.

Some 86% associated with online shoppers say it is important pertaining to retailers and brands to provide goal expert advice and recommendations regarding their products.
