Most small business owners worked the full-time job while starting their very own firm, according to recent analysis from Paychex .
The report was based on data from the survey of 413 people in the usa who own a business that has fewer than five hundred employees.
Some 59% of respondents say they worked well a full-time job while at first building their own business.
The reasons small business owners started their very own firms range widely by business, the survey found.
For example , 53% of marketing and advertising small businesses proprietors started their own firm to have a lot more flexible hours, whereas 53% associated with technology small business owners started their own company to pursue a passion:
