B2B firms say the most hard marketing roles to find qualified applicants for are those that involve analytics, operations, and demand generation, according to recent research from the Spear Marketing and advertising Group .
The report was based on data from the two-minute online survey of marketers which work for B2B firms in a selection of verticals.
Some 67% of respondents say it is challenging for their company to hire good marketing experts, and 25% say it is very tough.
Respondents say probably the most difficult roles to fill are that require candidates to be skilled within marketing analytics (61% say these types of roles are hard to fill), advertising operations (47%), and demand era (45%).
